This dog park is fully fenced at the rest stop right at the New Mexico and Arizona border on Highway 40. There is a nice staffed building with restrooms nearby for the humans.

Nice place to stretch
This was one of the nicer rest stops we encountered on Highway 40. The bathrooms were inside of a visitor center and well maintained. It was one of the few rest stops with a fully enclosed dog rest area. Most of the time the rest stops just have a gravel area off to the side that states it is the pet area but no fencing.
